The first print edition of Tomorrow's
World, The Australian Initiative was published
in 1993.
The second revised edition was released in 1995.
In 1995, a customised edition of Tomorrow's
World, The Australian Initiative was published
for the Commonwealth Government's Department of Foreign
Affairs & Trade (DFAT).
Re-titled Inventive Australia,
this custom edition was produced in casebound and paperback
editions for DFAT's $10.5 million Market Australia campaign.
Designed to promote Australia overseas as an inventive
nation, it was used globally as V.I.P. gifts to key
decision makers.
A second customised edition of Tomorrow's
World, The Australian Initiative was published
for the Commonwealth Government's Department of Foreign
Affairs & Trade, and Department of Industry, Science
& Tourism.
This edition was used by the government to promote
Australia-India trade and relations in a promotion called
'Australia-India - New Horizons'.
Tomorrow's World, The Australian
Initiative was one of the first books
to be published in full and provided free of charge
on the world wide web in 1995.
Whereas the Internet edition includes the full text
of the publication, the pictures are limited to the
print edition.
